Our Rabbit

Whole, High Quality Premium Rabbit

“LEAN, NUTRITIOUS, AND CLIMATE FRIENDLY.” This is how Betsey Andrews of EATER describes rabbit meat in her article titled ‘We Should All Be Eating More Rabbit’. We can’t help but agree! Rabbit meat is one of the best sources of protein, it is low in sodium, rich in vitamin B12 and vitamin E, while also having a higher concentration of most minerals compared to other sources of meats. Rabbit meat has the highest concentration of iron in all types of meat. It is higher in calcium, potassium, and magnesium as well, compared to beef and chicken.

Our rabbits are farm-raised on a blended diet of alfalfa, protein, vitamins, and minerals with no antibiotics and no added hormones. The result is lean and tender meat that can be enjoyed any way you prefer it.

Individually bagged and vacuum-sealed. 2.5 to 3 pounds average weight per whole rabbit.

Case Pack
12 whole rabbits / case. Average case weight 30-32 lbs.
